The Red Wagon

My mom bought the red wagon for Slade a while back and he has enjoyed riding in it so much!
His favorite trip is going to feed the ducks & Thursday night Honour got to take part in it for the first time!:)

At first she wasn't to sure about it. Slade was trying to assure her that everything was fine and that they were going to feed the ducks. I mean why wouldn't you be happy about that, Ha!

I knew once the rolling started there would be no looking back...

This was her after Aunt Summer rolled them around to the front of the house.
See that face - all fear gone & loving it!:)

Nothing melts my heart more than those 2 kids!
Oh, how I love them so much!

Waving bye-bye with excitement all over her face!

Taking off!
I love how she is holding on to the sides ... so cute!:)
Makes me realize how big she is getting!

This picture cracks me up!
See how Slade is holding up the bread?
He would not put it down.
I guess he thought Honour would get it and he was probably right!:)

10 months

Is it true?!?!
Will you be 10 mo. tomorrow?

This past month you have learned so many new things and continue to bring much fun & laughter to our family. Also, the bond between you and Slade has gotten so much sweeter!
I love it:)

This morning I thought we would go out and take some pictures and although you were more interested in eating the dirt & playing with sticks. I did manage to get a few shots!

One of the many things I LOVE about you is how you are already such a little "tomboy" but yet such a little girl!:)

Star Wars

I guess when you have an older brother you just don't have a choice...

It doesn't matter what kind of toy's I buy Honour she always leaves them behind and ends up playing with Slade's.

**STAR WARS**

Seems to be the happening thing around our family!
AND from the beginning she was a fan:)

Sporting her interest at 6 mo.!:)

You should see her when Slade starts pulling all his Star Wars stuff out.
She gets super excited and starts bouncing and clapping her hands!
It's really cute!

Once he gets everything out she has no problem getting to where he is and grabbing what she wants!

The "Turbo Tank" seems to be her favorite!
I think she likes all the different gadgets.

The guys also make great chew toy's which doesn't always settle that well with Slade!

My little girl playing with Star Wars stuff!:)
Whatever makes for a good morning ... right?!?!

Monday laugh!

So, about a week ago I walk into Honour's room after nap time and find this...

Diaper off, wet bed!

AND she's done it once more!
Made me laugh ... Slade NEVER did this.
She now goes to bed with her diaper covered, Ha!

Just in case anyone needed a good laugh!
Happy Monday!:)

Sewing...

Me, YES!

I still can't believe it, HA

I would have never thought this would be something I would become so addicted to!:)
BUT after hearing & seeing all the cute stuff my friends would make I thought why not give it a try! Although, I'm not even close to where I would like to be I have enjoyed the few things I've made!

So, I thought I would share a few of my accomplishments!:)

"Necklace"
I found this idea off etsy.
It would have been better on a onesie or t-shirt because you can't really see the sewing attaching them all together giving it the necklace look ... but still cute!:)

Being the Cowboy fans we are I HAD to make this & of course Jeff loved it!

My first sewing job as gifts...
Jeff's cousin has 2 girls and they had their birthday parties together last Saturday.
I made these shirts for them and they were a big hit.
Everyone was asking where I got them and it felt so good to say,
"I made them"!:)

Thanks Amber & Liz for being my inspiration!
